Thanks for organising our trip to Italy. It all worked well. We had a fab trip and car was great. They upgraded us in our first hotel.. which was a nice surprise and couldn't have been more helpful. We wanted to stay on a bit longer and they provided towels and opened their spa suite for us to freshen up. In the last hotel it was very plush - and the breakfast was amazing. Thanks Sue for another fab holiday organised around our crazy schedule

All the travel arrangements went to plan (ok, a slight delay on the return flight, but not your fault!) and the hotel was fantastic - facilities and staff, with everyone going out of their way to assist us in whatever we wanted to know or do.
